“Executive function describes a set of cognitive processes and mental skills that help an individual plan, monitor, and successfully execute their goals.” – Psychology Today

Sure sounds useful right? Its the most useful set of processes and skills that aren’t commonly taught or guided, but that is changing.

This event is an EF introduction, basics breakdown, SEL and EF connection, rounded out by a Q&A with a set of EF experts/coaches including Robin Speizman, Angel Van Howe, and CJ Watkins. There will be tools for you to give to others, tools for your own use, and plenty of trusted places to get more tools as needed throughout the year.

There will be a short, practical, and curated presentation with optional but valuable Q&A/discussion after. Good food and practicality will be in plentiful supply at this learning and connection event. We hope to see you here!
